At AluxeXtensions, we take pride in providing premium raw hair extensions. Due to the intimate nature of hair products and strict hygiene standards, we maintain the following policy to protect both our customers and our business.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases of hair extensions are final and non-refundable. This policy is in place for health and hygiene reasons, as hair products cannot be resold once they have left our facility.

Exchanges for Incorrect Items

We will gladly exchange your order if we sent you the wrong item. To qualify for an exchange:

• The hair must be completely unused and uninstalled
• All original packaging must be intact and undamaged
• You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
• Photographic evidence of the incorrect item must be provided
• The hair must be in its original, sealed condition

Inspection Requirements

Customers are required to thoroughly inspect their hair extensions immediately upon receipt and before any installation or processing. This includes:

• Verifying the correct texture, length, and quantity
• Checking for any visible defects or damage
• Ensuring the hair matches your order specifications
• Confirming the hair is in satisfactory condition

Claims Process

All claims regarding incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Please contact our customer service team with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item received
• Photos of the original packaging
• A detailed description of the issue

Non-Exchangeable Conditions

We cannot accept exchanges or provide refunds if:

• The hair has been installed, worn, or altered in any way
• The original packaging has been opened or damaged
• The 48-hour claim window has passed
• The hair has been colored, cut, or chemically processed
• The customer changed their mind about the purchase
• Natural variations in raw hair texture or color
